I am currently awaiting payment for the last 4 Cougar pre-orders. Thanks for all those who graciously opened their wallets to get make this a reality. I would especially like to thank those that ordered multiples to ensure we hit the 10 commitments I needed.
The kit is being mailed out to the caster today. We are using BamBam Productions out of California. I have worked with them before and they do great things. They have even managed to pull some good casts out of crappy molds I made.
Here are pics of what is going in the box as we speak.

UPDATE 3: Cougar Pre-Sale, Ready to Cast
SEE BOTTOM OF POST FOR UPDATE
7 kits have been pre-paid. There are only 3 slots left at the intro price!
I have been in contact with my caster. The cost for the Cougar is going to be $80 per kit plus shipping. However, I do not have the funds to pay for the molds and casts. If I can get 10 pre-paid orders, I will get this bad boy cast. If you are one of the 10 paid pre-orders, you willI will pay a discounted price and no shipping. So, $70 and free shipping (in the lower 48) for the first 10 pre-paid orders. Orders from outside the lower 48 will receive a discount on shipping.
Time-line. I am finishing the kit details right now. As soon as I get the 10 paid pre-orders, I will send this out to the caster. We should be able to get kits to you by the end of May. However, if by May 1 I do not have the 10 paid pre-orders, your money will be refunded to you. I will do this through PayPal only to protect all parties.
Please e-mail me here if you want to pre-pay for your Cougar or have any questions.
UPDATE:
I think she is ready for the caster. I have attached some pics for your pleasure.

Update: Thor
Here is a quick update of Project: Thor. Everything is just loosely stuck together for pics. I am tinkering with the autocannon for the other arm...still not happy there. I am digging on the thigh mounted missle racks...

UPDATE: Small Genesis Climber MOSPEADA Legioss Eta Armoasoldier
So, it came in yesterday. I opened the shipping box...and the kit box was small. I opened it and the kit itself is...well...small. Really...small. It may stand 6" tall when built. if I had known it would be this small, I would have saved the $50. Pics to come...small pics....
Okay...its not Battletech, but it is still cool as hell! I have been waiting for these WAVE kits with much anticipation. I bought mine at Starship Modeler. More pics when it arrives.

Cougar...any interest?
Scott over at the Messy Desk blog decided he was tired of the Cougar and passed it on to me to work on. I have been filling out a few details, cleaning some of the putty work, and redoing the cockpit...I think it should be a bit bigger.
I am considering having this one kitted....but before I do, I am trying to gauge serious interest. There was interest in the Puma, but sales did not really correspond with the number of people who said they wanted one.
So, how many of you would commit to purchasing a Cougar. I can tell you it would be a good casting…I have an established professional in our field doing it. I would guess-timate the price at about $80 (plus shipping) American. The main body would take a lot of resin.

More from across the pond...Osiris!
Simon is at it again. He has just finished a 1/60 (ish) Osiris. It is a very nice build! I have included some pics and more info is available at his blog. You might even convince him to sell you a copy...I did!
